Throughout manufacturing, all steel and nylon fibres are meticulously removed, leaving only clean, refined tyre rubber. This material is then further processed and accurately graded into a variety of size classifications, ensuring reliable performance and consistency for every application.

Recycled rubber crumb can be applied and installed across a wide range of surfaces, including wetpour playgrounds, safety surfacing, running tracks, synthetic turf infill, and impact-attenuating base layers. It is also commonly used in pathways, landscaping projects, equine applications and agricultural surfacing.
